出门在外，我们难免会需要德士服务以抵达酒店或下一个目的地。出外旅行的我们总希望可以乘搭到安全、可信赖、舒适并且价格公道的德士，但并不是每一个我们达到的城市或国家都是那么让人称心如意的。伦敦德士网站(LondonCabs)近来就评选出《十大最糟糕德士司机的国家》，并奉劝旅者小心提防。

第一名拥有最糟糕德士司机的国家，很意外，却是意料中事的城市——吉隆坡！
1. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / 吉隆坡，马来西亚
Drivers from Kuala Lumpur are well known for being impolite, and tend to overcharging clients and detouring. Taxis in Kuala Lumpur city are often aged and in poor conditions. Although the taxis are equipped with the meter, many often refuse to charge based on the meter rate. If you are forced to take one, you are advice to just wait for the next vehicle if the driver insists not to apply the taximeter.
吉隆坡的司机是出了名的没礼貌、漫天开价且会兜远路。这里的车子很多都是车龄很大而且设备破旧的。纵然德士内是有按照路程收费表的，但多数司机都拒绝依表收费。如果司机不愿意按表收费的话，你应该拒绝上车并等待下一辆。
2. Rome, Italy / 罗马，意大利
Rome makes to the Top 2 particularly because it is very difficult for most people to even find a vehicle available there. Taxis are insufficient in Rome and the drivers are often ill-mannered and hard to deal with. Passengers are expected to pay double or triple the price for the ride in Rome if it is raining.
罗马荣登第二的主要原因是因为大多数人很难在罗马找到没载客的德士。那里的德士很少，司机很无理且很难交涉。如果遇到下雨天，乘客还要做好多付2到3倍的车资。
3. Bangkok, Thailand / 曼谷，泰国
Even though many find minicab drivers in Bangkok to be considered some of the best in the world, there are many tuk-tuk and taxis drivers in Bangkok that are directionally challenged. Some travellers consider that as an act in purpose for larger fare, but the truth is that many drivers in Bangkok are simply out of work farmers who are trying to make some extra earnings.
虽然很多人认为曼谷会有世界上数一数二的司机，实际上曼谷市的很多德士或嘟嘟车司机是不清楚路线的。一些旅客可能会认为司机故意迷路以获取更多车资，事实上，这些司机很多其实是失业的农民，他们改驾德士为了赚钱额外的收入。
4. Paris, France / 巴黎，法国
Drivers in Paris are another options you want to avoid if it is avoidable. Parisian drivers are well known for being rude, impatient and intractable. It is easier if you speak French, or else do consider to print out your address for better direction before your mood to travel is spoiled.
巴黎市的司机是你应该要避免的司机之一。和首两名的司机一样，巴黎的司机很无礼、没耐心并且很难交涉。如果你可以口操法语那还行，否则请务必把目的地的地址打印出来，以方便司机弄明方向。
5. New York, United States / 纽约，美国
Although taxis in New York are appreciated for being cost effective and the drivers are generally helpfully friendly, many of them do not know the areas well. You might need to spare more to spend on the fare, a lot more from what you expected.
尽管纽约的德士价格相宜，司机整体上也是非常友善与乐于助人，他们很多都不熟悉纽约市路线。在纽约市乘搭德士，旅客要有心理准备支付比预料中的费用更高的车资。
6. Mumbai, India / 孟买，印度
Taxis in Mumbai are usually old, some are in poor conditions and without seat belts. Safety is one of the issue you want to consider when ride on one. Apart from that, due to the big numbers of taxis in city with a little number of passengers, the Indian drivers will actually fight over your business when you get closer to the cab, which might not be a good experience you want to gain during your holiday.
孟买的德士多数都很老旧，性能欠佳，更甚者座位没有安全带。在孟买乘坐德士前，旅客应该要考虑到安全问题。除此之外，由于德士数量多于需求，印度司机会为了取得载客机会而大打出手。
7. Zürich, Switzerland / 苏黎士，瑞士
Driver in Zurich often do not speak English. Unless you are heading to the airport/famous tourist spots/renowned hotels, come prepared with your own directions or pray that the taxi is equipped with a GPS to get you to the exact destination. The fare is comparatively expensive for taxis in Zurich too.
苏黎士的司机普遍上不说英语。除非你的目的地是机场/知名景点/大酒店，否则游客要先弄清路线与方向，不然就请认真期盼德士上有导航系统给你带路吧！苏黎士的车资比起其他国家也是相对的昂贵。
8. Cairo, Egypt / 开罗，埃及
Taxi business is hard in Cairo. Drivers are known for stalking and following travellers around in order to get more business, which might lead you to feel uncomfortable and threaten.
在开罗开德士是一门不好赚的生意。开罗的司机会缠着旅客不放或者偷偷的跟踪旅客以获取更多的生意机会。这会让旅客感觉不舒服和受威胁吧？
9. Shanghai, China / 上海，中国
Majority of the drivers in China do not speak English. You are advisable to get your destination written down on a piece of paper in Chinese and show it to the driver upon riding, otherwise, expect to never get to your destination after all.
中国的司机很大部分都不能够说英语。对于不会中文的旅客来说，将目的地以中文书写在纸上可以减少沟通上的鸿沟。否则，你可能被载着兜了一大圈还是到不了目的地啊～
10. Moscow, Russia / 莫斯科，俄罗斯
Last but not least, Moscow. Taxis in Moscow are generally inexpensive and the drivers are honest even they can be inconvenient. Taxis are scarce in the city and it can be extremely hard for one to get an available vehicle in some areas of Moscow. You might encounter illegal cars driving around in the city trying to get your business, avoid it at any price!!!
莫斯科的司机被列为全球十大最糟糕司机第十名主要原因是由于德士的短缺。莫斯科的德士基本上价格相宜，司机也很老实。但德士的短缺让旅客更本没办法在市区的一些地点找到德士。街上却常有非法的黄牛车司机在兜生意，不管他给你开的价多吸引人，千万别上车！
